ASAP international version
The Petzl ASAP Fall Arrester Rope Grab gives those working high above the ground level invaluable piece of mind. Operating with a unique locking system, the ASAP is the standard by which all other rope grabs are measured. During normal operation, the ASAP moves freely along the rope following the user in their movements without manual intervention. If shock or sudden acceleration is sensed, the ASAP will lock onto the rope and swiftly stop the undesired descent.
Users also have the option to pair the ASAP with an energy absorber to work at a distance from the rope. An OXAN TRIACT-LOCK carabiner comes standard with the ASAP for additional versatility. All ASAPs are certified to U.S. and European safety standards, so your crew can take these rope grabs with them to sites on either side of the Atlantic.
