Lightweight asymmetrical large-capacity carabiner
The
lightweight WILLIAM large-capacity asymmetrical carabiner is made of
aluminum. It has a pear shape that is practical for easily connecting
multiple items. Its fluid interior design and Keylock system facilitate
handling. The WILLIAM carabiner is available in three locking systems:
automatic TRIACT-LOCK or BALL-LOCK, or the manual SCREW-LOCK. WILLIAM
can be used with the CAPTIV bar to favor positioning of the carabiner
along the major axis, to limit the risk of it flipping and to keep it
integrated with the device.
Large and shaped like a pear, the Petzl William H-Frame Ball-Lock Gold Carabiner available at OmniProGear is made for belay stations and belaying with a Munter hitch. This asymmetrical, large capacity aluminum carabiner's shape makes it practical for connecting multiple items more easily. The ergonomics and Keylock system of the carabiner make manipulations easier, even when gloves are being worn. The carabiner is large enough to hold a lot of needed equipment, and the keylock system is built to prevent the carabiner from being snagged by accident. The ball lock is for frequent use with practical automatic locking, and secure use with triple-action opening. The carabiner has a major axis strength of 27 kN.
