New from OmniProGear for 2017, the Petzl Exo AP Hook 15-Meter Firefighter Evacuation System 2017 is a personal escape system with an anchor hook for use in places where an anchor point may not be available. You may fix this emergency system around a structure with a locking hitch or as a last resort on a window sill.
This individual evacuation system features a self-braking system with an anti-panic function for moving you horizontally, getting you through a window and controlling and stopping your descent. It comes with an aramid fiber static rope that resists high temperatures and heat and an Am'D connector with Captiv positioning bar to keep the connector in the right place. If 15 meters is not right for your applications, you may special-order other rope lengths.

point is uncertain Can be used in two ways:
- around a structure, fixed with a locking hitch
- on a window sill, as a last resort
Self-braking system with anti-panic function for:
- rapid horizontal movement
- going out a window

controlling and stopping a descent: if the user pulls too hard on the
handle, the anti-panic function brakes and stops the descent
automatically
- limiting the force transmitted to the user in case of a fall
Aramid fiber static rope, 15 m length and 7.5 mm diameter, resists abrasion and high temperatures
Am'D connector with CAPTIV positioning bar to favor keeping the connector in the right position and integrated with the device
