Providing a minimum of bulk and a maximum of comfort, the Petzl Absorbica-Y 80 MGO Shock-Absorbing Lanyard boasts an ANSI 80CM rating and other certifications. This double lanyard with integrated energy absorber, captive carabiner and MGO connectors will provide you continuous protection while you are passing intermediate anchors.
Designed for users weighing between 50 and 130 kg, this product absorbs energy in case of a fall with the tearing of its energy-absorbing webbing, which limits the impact force on the user. The compact energy absorber is easy to handle and comes with a durable zippered fabric pouch to protect it from abrasion and contaminants. This product comes complete with a Triact-Lock auto-locking system for attachment to the harness and two MGO large-opening connectors to connect to metal structures.
